Our Story

In St. Petersburg, Russia's intellectual and cultural capital, elegance is paramount. The home of czars and artists alike, Peter the Great's masterpiece city embodies the majesty of its 300-year history in a carefully conceived arrangement of golden spires, royal estates, venerable museums and dazzling theaters. Many monumental buildings were designed by Italian architects, and Russia's window to the West evokes a distinctly European character. It is fitting that Carl Faberge designed his imperial eggs here, for with his baroque and neoclassical landmarks built on islands connected by drawbridges, St. Petersburg is as enchanting as a jewel.
